As an established manufacturer of various thermal insulations and the pioneering producer of catalytic converter heat shields (Mat), Adak Sanat Polymer was founded in 2015, following over three years of intensive research and development, and the acquisition of necessary licensing for auto part production. Benefiting from the collective expertise – technical, scientific, and academic – of our team and leadership, and by harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology, our facilities and machinery were fully operational by 2016, marking the commencement of our production phase.

Adak Polymer Industry has been the sole manufacturer of pollution reduction diesel filters in the country since 2020. To date, it has equipped over 10,000 vehicles with various productions of DOC, DPF, and SCR filters. By attracting young specialists, expanding infrastructure, and establishing the first production line of diesel particulate filters in Iran through indigenous knowledge and technology, the company aims to serve and meet the needs of the country’s industry. Since 1395, Adak Polymer Industry, operating under the name Adak Metal, has been providing services with experienced engineering and welding teams, equipped with laser cutting fiber machines, 2CO welding, argon welding, bending, rolling, and spot welding machines.
Adak Metal, utilizing experienced and skilled personnel along with state-of- the-art software and world-class technologies for dimension measurement, possesses facilities such as four fiber laser cutting machines with a table size of 1500 by 3000, capable of laser cutting on various metals such as iron, steel, aluminum, colored metals, and the unique capability of cutting various pipes and profiles. Adak Metal is ready to provide services and deliver orders to the esteemed industry in the shortest possible time.
